Delivery Options

Time is everything! Give your customer options and the flexibility to sign in advance by sending them an Advance Ship Notification via email. They can print, sign and leave at the door with specific delivery instructions if they will not be home for their delivery.

When you know a shipment is on its way, you can select the option to sign electronically before the delivery arrives. Click here to track your package and see all the delivery options available.

When tracking your package, you have the option to be notified by either email or text if there is a delay with your package and confirmation when it is delivered.

If you know you won’t be home and you would rather pick up your package when convenient, you have the option to redirect to one of our SMARTSpots before the driver makes a delivery attempt.

SMARTSpots will give you the convenience to select any one of our hundreds of delivery locations across Canada for parcel pickup or drop off..
